Hope you enjoy each moment of Christmas now it's here and hope it's the beginning of a wonderful new year.
Happy Christmas!(&Happy gaming! ^_^)c.k
Exciting, portable ninja action. Simple and easy to get into. A great game for the Naruto fan! Con? Some extra characters would've been nice. But, even so, there was still a good selection of available characters. I found this Naruto fighting game to be more entertaining than those of the other major consoles...
The second installment in the PSP Naruto series is merely a rehashing of Part 1, with an added "Mugenjo" story/feature. The Mugenjo gets boring fast and was a cheaply/lazily constructed mode. Part One is much better than the first. Also, having to complete the Mugenjo not once, but twice just to obtain locked characters is frustrating and unnecessary. There is then no point in playing the heroes mode, if that's the case. Sigh, I was left very unsatisfied with this game.
A different spin on the Harvest Moon series, with some of the original concepts still incorperated... Now you're shipwrecked and it's up to you to work as hard as you can to help bring more people to the island and help it be successful. The graphics have improves and the option of playing as either boy or girl on one cart is a plus... They removed some of the annoying features from Harvest Moon DS (like choosing what type of material to use when building a barn, coop, etc...) and added some other annoying ones, like, only being able to give the townspeople only one gift a day!! This feature slows down the process of getting your favorite bachelor/bachelorette to like you! Also, you HAVE to talk to EVERYONE, majpr characters, minor characters and unimportant characters alike, otherwise they'll leave the island, bringing the island's percentage down!!! Whats more, upgrading a coop or barn has always been a feature, but having to PAY to add feeding boxes, shipping bins and things that NORMALLY come included really defeats the purpose of having purchased the coop/barn to begin with!!! Lastly, you can't COOK on your own!!!! You need to obtain receipes before you can even think of cooking! Very frustrating... What's worse, you can't get receipes TOO easily either...
Of course, I still pushed through it and worked towards marrying the bachelor I liked most... but even so, all the above makes the replay factor score real low... I think Natsume wants to do new things, which is fine. (Hardcore HM fans who want something different and fun should try Rune Factory!) But, it's foolish to add features that only hinder the gameplay. Sigh...
This game was very entertaining and innovative but extremely difficult! This game was addictive at times... and at other times it was frustrating.
A must have for any Final Fantasy fan, well, especially for any Final Fantasy VII fan. If you played and enjoyed the legendary FFVII game, then get the prequel. Interesting story, amazing graphics and great battle sequences. While it differs in style with FFVII, it stays true to it, to some degree.
This package deal is absolutely great. You get the 80gb PS3 console (which hasn't been re-released since the PS3 first released...), a Dual-Shock wireless controller, and the highly rated Metal Gear Solid 4... One can't ask for more. The price is also very good. This is a must buy, for those who don't already have the PS3.
(Same exact game for both the Saturn and the Genesis) Sonic goes 3D! Interesting and innovative, but not exactly great...
Inexpensive, practical and useful. What more can one ask for?
Yet another innovative invention that Nintendo has created. The Wii Fit is an enjoyable way of exercising, improving posture and balance, creating weight loss/gain goals and keeping track of your progress. Of course, this will never be the same as going to a gym, but nevertheless it is a worthwhile investment if you love working out or if you need some motivation to do so. At a first glance, I honestly was not interested in this... Once I heard more about it and then looked into it, I realized it was something worth owning. I don't regret spending the money on it. It's been a great investment.
Avatar: The Last Airbender is an enjoyable, funny and addicting cartoon. The creators really did their "homework" in regards to animating fighting styles. Worth watching... tons of laughs.
